We all have the God given ability to create right in the middle of our everyday lives. Creativity is not reserved for artists, musicians, or inventors. It is a gift we can use to solve problems, strengthen relationships, find better ways to serve, and bring more joy into each day.
Creativity helps us see possibilities where others see obstacles. It invites us to try a different approach, ask better questions, and discover solutions we may never have considered before.
We've all heard the phrase, "Think outside the box." But have you ever stopped to ask, What is the box?
The box is simply the limits of what we already know. When we become curious, willing to learn, and courageous enough to try something new, we step beyond those limits and discover opportunities we couldn't see before.
I have made a hobby of looking for fresh ways to approach projects, solve problems, and accomplish goals. It isn't always about finding the fastest or easiest path. For me, it is about learning, growing, and enjoying the journey. Some of life's greatest discoveries begin with a simple question.
What if?
Today, give yourself permission to create. Look for inspiration. Use the talents God has given you. Whether you are solving a problem, encouraging a friend, building a business, or serving your family, let your imagination become a tool in the Lord's hands. You may be surprised by what He helps you create.
